Special Crimes

ASSISTANT ASSIGNMENT OF SPECIAL CRIMINAL ACTIONS:

Carry out activities of investigation, investigation, pre-prosecution, additional examination, prosecution, implementation of the determination of judges, court decisions that have permanent legal force, legal remedies, supervision of the implementation of conditional criminal decisions, conditional offenses and criminal penalties for supervision, examination and other legal actions in special criminal cases.

ASSISTANT FUNCTION OF SPECIAL CRIMINAL ACTIONS:

    Collecting report data from the Attorney General’s Office, administering, researching, and processing and preparing reports;
    Formulation of technical and administrative policies in the interests of providing guidance and control to subordinate echelons in the administration of handling specific criminal cases and compiling criminal statistics and criminality analysis;
    Planning and carrying out investigations on the prosecution, execution and examination of special crimes, administration and documentation as well as compilation of criminal statistics and criminality analysis related to specific criminal acts;
    Preparation of conception for consideration of planned opinions and suggestions for the purposes of formulating the leadership’s policy regarding the implementation of the Prosecutor’s tasks in carrying out the handling of special criminal cases;
    The technical safeguards for handling cases are in accordance with the policies and directions outlined by the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes or the Chief Prosecutor in question.
