ASSISTANT ASSIGNMENT OF GENERAL CRIMINAL ACTIONS:
Carry out control, pre-prosecution, additional examination, prosecution, appointment of judges and court decisions, oversight of the implementation of conditional crimes, criminal supervision, supervision of the implementation of conditional offenses and other legal actions in cases of general criminal offenses.
ASSISTANT FUNCTION OF GENERAL CRIMINAL ACTIONS:
Preparation of technical policy formulation of general criminal justice activities in the field of general criminal offenses in the form of providing guidance, guidance and technical security;
Planning, implementing and controlling pre-prosecution activities, additional examinations, prosecution in criminal acts against state security and public order, criminal acts against people and property as well as public criminal offenses arranged outside the criminal law books;
Control and implementation of the determination of judges and court decisions, oversight of the implementation of conditional penalties, criminal oversight, supervision of the implementation of conditional offenses and other legal actions in cases of general criminal acts and their administration;
Fostering cooperation and coordination with agencies as well as providing guidance and technical guidance in handling cases of general criminal acts to investigators;
Preparation of suggestions, conceptions about opinions and legal considerations of the Attorney General regarding general criminal cases and other legal issues in law enforcement policy;
Guidance and enhancement, ability, skill and integrity of the personality of the general criminal offenses of the attorney general’s law area concerned;
Technical security for the implementation of the Attorney General’s duties and authorities in the field of general criminal offenses.
