ASSISTANT ASSIGNMENT OF CIVIL SERVICES AND STATE BUSINESS:
Carry out and or control enforcement, assistance, consideration, legal services and other legal actions to the state, government, BUMN, BUMD and the public in the field of civil, state administration and carry out the restoration and protection of rights, enforcement of government authority and state in the jurisdiction of the High Prosecutor’s Office concerned.
ASSISTANT FUNCTION OF CIVIL SERVICES AND STATE BUSINESS:
Preparation of technical policy formulation in the form of providing guidance, guidance and technical security in the field of civil and state administration;
Preparation of planning materials and implementation of enforcement, assistance, consideration, legal services and other legal actions, both as plaintiffs and defendants to represent the interests of the state, government, BUMN, BUMD inside and outside the court and provide legal services to the public;
Implementation and control of a lawsuit in lieu of court money decisions, compensation claims to save the country’s wealth against acts that harm the country’s finances;
Fostering cooperation, coordination with related agencies providing guidance and technical guidance in handling civil cases and state administration in the area of ​​the High Prosecutor’s Office concerned;
Preparation of advice materials, conceptual opinions and legal considerations regarding civil and state administration and other legal issues in law enforcement policies;
Fostering and enhancing the capability, skills and integrity of the civil apparatus and the state administration in the area of ​​the attorney general’s High Court concerned.
